  • Size chart

    If you’d like a baggier fit, consider going with a size up. The drawstring on the shorts can be tightened to fit your waist snuggly.

  • Where is Urchin based? Where are our products made?

    Our products are designed in Singapore and manufactured in China.

  • How should I care for my shorts?

    We encourage the following:

    • Gentle machine wash
    • Cold water
    • Do not dry clean or tumble dry
    • Do not bleach
    • Do not iron
    • Avoid drying in direct sunlight

    The instructions can also be found on the washing care label that is attached to your product.

    Refunds or exchanges accepted in the case of a damaged, defective or wrong product received. In the situation that this happens, please reach out. Read our full Return & Exchange Policy.

    Standard Shipping (Rest of the world): 5-15 USD
    Express Shipping / DHL (Selected countries): 15-30 USD

    Rest of the world
    Standard: 1-3 weeks
    Express: 1 week (+/-)

    Upon processing your order, you will be sent a tracking number and url to the tracking site which will show an estimated delivery date.

    Please contact us at hello@urchin.fun if your order hasn’t arrived beyond the estimated delivery date.

  • Order tracking number

    Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

    If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 3 business days, please get in touch with us at hello@urchin.fun.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX credit cards and debit cards.

  • Received a defective item?

    If you received a defective or damaged item at the point of delivery, please contact us at hello@urchin.fun within 7 days after the product was received, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
